All orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted, by either USPS or UPS.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 10 days from the date received, for a prompt and courteous refund. Please contact Karin prior to returning the item.

For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or USPS in a hard box. You will be notified by email once your return is received. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund of the purchase price of the returned item to post to your account. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

If your piece becomes damaged, contact Karin prior to shipping it back. Be sure to package the item in a hard box and send it insured USPS or UPS. Karin will be happy to repair it.

Be warned however, that if the enamel is cracked or chipped, repairing it will mean heating it to fuse the glass. Whenever you add heat to enamel and metals, especially copper, there is the chance it will change the colors. Karin will do her best to keep the original integrity of the piece intact.
